Return Policy

All merchandise returns are subject to the following:

Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, including the package insert, and the product must be in re-saleable condition. Prior authorizations are required for all returns. To return product you must obtain a Return Authorization Number. If there are discrepancies in your order, or the merchandise is damaged during shipping, you must notify City Computers within thirty (30) calendar days.

If returned within 30 days, defective merchandise may be replaced or credit applied. Please enclose a letter describing the problem. 

Following final disposition, a Credit will be issued.
